Domestic orders
- We aim to deliver all products within 5-9 working days of your order being placed, however, there might be delays depending on weather conditions and certain pincodes
- As we don't mass-manufacture, there may be exceptional circumstances when your order might take longer to deliver, in which case we will inform you well in advance
- Express shipping is available for prepaid orders at an additional cost of ₹400 per order
International orders
- International shipping is available for prepaid orders only
- A minimum shipping fee of INR 2000 will be applicable, depending on the region and zip code (exact shipping fee will be visible at the checkout page after entering the shipping address). This does not include duty/customs which are required to be cleared on arrival in the country by the customer.
- We aim to deliver all products within 10-20 working days of your order being placed depending on the zip code
- Please note that international shipments cannot be exchanged under any circumstances
- While we do not allow returns, we do allow exchanges within 7 days of delivery
- You can request an exchange for a different size of the same product or a different product by paying the difference in price
- All the tags and article condition should be intact and the product must be in its original packaging for the exchange to be processed
- If you are not able to choose from the styles available at the time of exchange, you can opt for a refund in your PPC Wallet, which can be used for future purchases
- Each order is eligible for a maximum of two exchanges
- Your first exchange is free - we’ll cover the pickup and reshipping. A shipping fee of ₹150 will apply for the second exchange
- Please note that discounted products cannot be exchanged except in cases of manufacturing defects
