Exchange

  • While we do not allow returns, we do allow exchanges within 7 days of delivery
  • You can request an exchange for a different size of the same product or a different product by paying the difference in price
  • All the tags and article condition should be intact and the product must be in its original packaging for the exchange to be processed
  • If you are not able to choose from the styles available at the time of exchange, you can opt for a refund in your PPC Wallet, which can be used for future purchases
  • Each order is eligible for a maximum of two exchanges
  • Your first exchange is free - we’ll cover the pickup and reshipping. A shipping fee of ₹150 will apply for the second exchange
  • Please note that discounted products cannot be exchanged except in cases of manufacturing defects

Note: Exchange is not applicable for international orders


Exchange a product

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • To cancel an order before it is shipped, you must raise a request within 24 hours of placing an order
  • In case you cancel a prepaid order, you’ll receive a full refund in the form of store credit
  • The shipping fee is non-refundable under any circumstance, including cancelled exchanges

  • We currently do not accept returns. If something doesn’t work for you, we’ll do our best to help you with an exchange

Please note that we are a small business and threats such as "posting bad reviews" will not be indulged in if your order is not eligible for an exchange or when returns are not accepted. While we cannot stop such actions, we stand by our policies.
