Shipping
Domestic orders
- Standard shipping: We aim to deliver orders within 5-9 working days.
However, there might be delays depending on weather conditions and certain pincodes - Express shipping (prepaid only): Orders will be delivered between 1-3 working days at an additional cost of ₹400
- As we don't mass-manufacture, there may be exceptional circumstances when your order might take longer to deliver, in which case we will inform you well in advance
International orders
- International shipping is available for prepaid orders only
- A minimum shipping fee of INR 2000 will be applicable, depending on the region and zip code (exact shipping fee will be visible at the checkout page after entering the shipping address). This does not include duty/customs which are required to be cleared on arrival in the country by the customer.
- We aim to deliver all products within 10-20 working days of your order being placed depending on the zip code
- Please note that international shipments cannot be exchanged under any circumstances
Exchange
Products purchased at a discounted price and/or during sale are not eligible for returns, size/product exchange or store credits under any circumstances
- While we do not allow returns, we do allow exchanges within 7 days of delivery
- You can request an exchange for a different size of the same product or a different product by paying the difference in price
- All the tags and article condition should be intact and the product must be in its original packaging for the exchange to be processed
- If you are not able to choose from the styles available at the time of exchange, you can opt for a refund in your PPC Wallet, which can be used for future purchases
- Each order is eligible for a maximum of two exchanges
- Your first exchange is free - we'll cover the pickup and reshipping. A shipping fee of ₹150 will apply for the second exchange
- Please note that discounted products cannot be exchanged except in cases of manufacturing defects
- We arrange up to two reverse pickup attempts for every approved exchange request. If both attempts are unsuccessful due to reasons such as customer unavailability, repeated rescheduling, an incorrect pickup address, or any other reason beyond our control, customers will be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse in order to proceed with the exchange or store credit.
- Please ensure your phone is reachable during the pickup window, as our courier partners may call to coordinate the pickup.
- The exchange or store credit will be processed only after the product is received at our warehouse and passes our standard quality check.
Note: Exchange is not applicable for international orders
Returns
- We currently do not accept returns. If something doesn't work for you, we'll do our best to help you with an exchange

- Gentle hand or machine wash with cold water, use mild detergent

- Line dry only in shade
